Aydın Güler, who was graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering, started to work at Garanti Bank Fund Management Department in 1990. After working in various Head Office units for 10 years, he was appointed as the Risk Management and Management Reporting Unit Manager in 2000. Güler, who worked as the Financial Planning & Analysis Department Unit Manager between 2001-2013, was appointed as the Coordinator to the unit in 2013. Güler was appointed as the Assistant General Manager of Finance and General Accounting at T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. on December 21, 2015, and is also Officers and Servants Retirement and Aid Fund Foundation Board Member at T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. Having 26 years of experience in banking and business administration, Güler is responsible for Asset / Liability Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, Expense Management and Productivity, Investor Relations, General Accounting, Consolidation and International Accounting, Tax Procedures Management and BBVA Finance Coordination. Güler also carries on the duty of Board Member of Garanti Finansal Kiralama A.Ş.

He was born in 1969 in Rize. He completed his undergraduate education in 1990 at Marmara University, Department of Economics that he had started in 1986. Osman Bahri Turgut, who started his career as an assistant inspector in T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. in the same year; worked as Branch Manager, Vice Chairman of the Inspection Board, Commercial Loans Unit Manager, Manager of Internal Control Centre and Head of the Inspection Board. He was appointed as the Head of Internal Audit and Control on 06 March 2014 and he is responsible for T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. Internal Control, Inspection and Safe Operation functions. He sustains the duties of Board Member at Garanti Finansal Kiralama A.Ş, T. Garanti Bankası A.Ş. Emekli ve Yardım Sandığı Vakfı, Garanti Kültür A.Ş., Board Member; also, a Member of the Audit Committee at Garanti Leasing SA and Garanti Consumer Finance SA.
