HOW ARE TRAFFIC FINES MANAGED?
We, as Garanti BBVA Fleet Yönetim A.Ş., follow the payments of the fines imposed on the tax number of your vehicle and make the payments.
If you have traffic fines, we send you the payments as an invoice.
We inform you weekly about the traffic fines notified to us of the vehicles you have leased.

At first, you should contact Garanti BBVA Fleet Operations Center by calling 0216 625 43 00 during office hours, or the 7/24 Emergency Hotline by calling 444 1 439 outside the office hours. Our team of specialists will provide you useful tips for handling the problem. If your vehicle is taken due to user error, we need to bill you for the costs incurred.
How will the traffic fines of my rented cars be followed and paid by whom?
One of the biggest advantages of Garanti BBVA Fleet is that you do not have to follow all the penalty payment transactions of the vehicle you rented.
